As a designer, I've observed that both myself and fellow creative professionals often encounter challenges when it comes to infusing playfulness into our creative processes. There is a common misconception that creativity is an inherent trait, but studies have demonstrated that it is, in fact, a skill that can be cultivated.
Recognizing the learnable nature of creativity, I have developed a 21-day challenge aimed at incorporating playfulness into the creative process. This challenge involves engaging in small, enjoyable activities over the course of 21 days, with the goal of forming a habit.
